When you eliminate this behavior you will suddenly have bandwidth for things other than food. This extra time will feel daunting at first. Addictive eating leads to expensive online grocery store orders for binges, drive-thrus for milkshakes, stops at convenience stores for snacks, etc. Eliminating these behaviors will lead to huge savings.
