30 days of hands-on instruction to eliminate sugar and processed food and create a strong foundation for a lifetime free from addictive eating.

You will receive:

Communication from me every morning and evening with day-by-day support and action items. 

Detailed food plan laying out exact portions and foods to eat and avoid, with lots of choices available within the plan. Support and guidance with meal prep: I will show you how to have what you need on hand to succeed. 

Access to support from me throughout the day on your platform of choice: Messenger, text message, etc. 

4 thirty minute sessions to discuss progress face-to-face. (Not required, but optional depending on your preference.) 

You will experience:  


Weight-loss. This 30 day course is designed specifically to eliminate sugar and processed food addiction and losing weight is not the goal of these 30 days. However, weight-loss will naturally come once you cut out the toxic food that is hindering you. 

Everything I will teach you over this 30 day course is exactly what I do myself every day. At the beginning of my journey I lost 10  pounds in 30 days and have maintained a body weight of 125 pounds for multiple years. (My height is 5’ 7”.) How much you lose will be personal to you, but if you have any weight to lose at all, you can expect to lose an amount you will be excited about! 

An identity shift. Your identity will change and grow stronger as you learn to live a life feeling all the things: excitement, joy, fear, loss, celebration, boredom, loneliness, etc. without having to medicate over them. This part is harder than the withdrawal from sugar itself, and I will be with you every step of the way! 

Freedom from food chatter. You will know exactly what you are going to eat every day, and you will experience incredible freedom from food details and choices. 

More time: We don't realize how much time we spend thinking about eating addictively/recovering from eating addictively until we cut it out. Addictive eating and snacking takes up an incredible amount of time. When you eliminate this behavior you will suddenly have bandwidth for things other than food. This extra time will feel daunting at first. I will show you how to gradually and gracefully ease into the space that sugar leaves behind. 

More money: Addictive eating leads to expensive online grocery store orders for binges, drive-thrus for milkshakes, stops at convenience stores for snacks, etc. Eliminating these behaviors will lead to huge savings. Not to mention the inevitable long-term health-care savings we will experience down the road because we are treating our body in a way that heals it, not harms it. 

Blood Sugar Improvements: If you are experiencing high blood sugar related issues like insulin resistance or prediabetes/type 2 diabetes you can expect dramatic results. (I went from a fasting blood sugar of 99 to 70-80 after one month of eating the food on this plan.) No matter what physical obstacle you are facing, this course will help you support your body in the best possible way.
